Codex Bezae or Cantabrigiensis (Gregory-Aland: 05/D) – This is a bilingual manuscript of the four Gospels, part of 3 John, and Acts. The Greek and Latin texts are in parallel left and right columns, respectively. One of the leading witnesses to the Western text. Has more distinctive readings than any other known N.T. manuscript, including "the free addition (and occasional omission) or words, sentences, and even incidents" (Metzger, Manuscripts, 89).
